Having these two independent vineyards enables us to highlight the difference in soil type (terroir) and the clear diversity in the wine that these soils produce. From the ancient Granite soils and cooler southern climate of Tooborac – producing crisp, dry whites – to the Cambrian soils of the north, best renowned for producing big, bold, Heathcote red varieties.
